Jute has always played an important role in the economy  of Bangladesh. In 1970,s  Bangladesh earned huge amount of foreign exchange by exporting raw jute, jute goods, arts & crafts made out of jutes.It,s vital role in the growing economy of Bangladesh to reach at the dream of the people of this country to make golden Bengali, it is named `Golden Fiber of Bangladesh ‘ Governoment is trying to promote the jute industry to set back its position in the world market. The government is trying to initiate a revolution in the jute industry and the present government policy is one of inducement and faciliation for promotion of investment and export of jute products. In response to this policy, entrepreneurs have already started investing in lute sector  and exporters are getting increasingly involved in marketing, the products to all potential  global markets and response of the overseas buyer are very satisfactory.
